Breakfast for your 10 guests is included Saturday & Sunday morning. 

Venue managers Corrine and Ingrid will be with you every step of the way, working side-by-side with your vendors, to create your customized wedding weekend.

Cocktail Hour -  Choose between the back yard, the courtyard, or the Dairy Stanchion barn... or use all 3 areas!

ICE!!  Each wedding has access to the Ice Chest... included!! 

Dumpster & Recycling- easy access for caterer to use.  Available for the couple to use for the entire weekend, including rehearsal & brunch.

Outdoor fire pit.  REAL fire with the firewood included.   CBI starts and tends to the fire.  Fire pit is mobile and placed according to couple's design. 

Corn Hole!  2 games provided.

The Milk Room Groom's Lounge - This room offers fun and privacy for the guys!  Bar, fridge, changing room, patio, & dart board.

Large parking area, free, with parking attendants and covered golf cart valet service.

2 restrooms in the restored milk house - Weddings over 125 people must add an additional restroom trailer. 

  Tables & Chairs are not included. Food and alcohol are not included. 

Your Caterer must have the Off-Premise Liquor License
